The development Pixel Tennis is going forward and most parts including the inventory and equipment system are now feature complete. For this reason, I am exited to announce the first pre-release community event!
As you can read from the title, I am looking for your shirt designs. If you know a bit about image creation and editing, you are invited to use the brand new Pixel Tennis Character Preview application.
This is how it works
1. Download the Pixel Tennis Character Preview and run it.
2. Get the shirt template by clicking on “Save sample to desktop” or download the example .psd-file from here.
3. Use your favorite image editing program to modify the pixeltennis_shirt.png. If you are looking for a free image editing tool, I strongly recommend Photopea.
4. Load the modified image into the character preview application. The file must be named pixeltennis_shirt.png and located on your desktop.
5. If you are satisfied with the result, upload your image here. You can also suggest a matching item name.
You may not use illegal content, hate speech, pornography, copyrighted or political material.
I cannot guarantee that your design(s) will be included into the game. If a shirt is selected
- You are automatically granting Pixel Tennis the rights to use it (obviously)
- You will credited with your name in Pixel Tennis’ credits
- You will get the shirt item in the game, when it is released
- Maybe, something else in addition to that...

Working on this project is definitely a personal journey for me. If everything works out fine, there will be an early access release around Q1/2024.
