Don't worry about the server costs. They are not as high that they need funding to be kept alive. In fact, I already have a capable server which _I think_ has enough capacity to function as the main game server.
What do you mean with branding issues?

Ty for the reply. Well I said branding because I imagine you want to eventually have (relatively) a lot of people playing this game? Or isn't it going to feature anime characters etc...?
I thought the goal was to make a Fantasy Tennis-like reboot, which is what made me so excited.

Branding (including global advertising) is something that will come much later. For now, Pixel Tennis has at least an official logo which is sufficient in this stage.
The game will feature lots of things we liked in FT, but it can not and will not be a copy or remake of it.
