currently, there are not that many people following this project. In order to get those people playing at the same time, the server is currently only available at the following time spans:

Tuesday 08:00 - 12:00 CET & 18:00 - 22:00 CET
Sunday 08:00 - 12:00 CET & 18:00 - 22:00 CET

The schedule is also visible in the upper right corner of this site, as well as a note on the download page.
You can try to connect this Sunday for example.
